Implementation Manager (permanent position)

Location: EMEA*

What are we looking for?

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Implementation Manager with experience in print, marketing or relevant business. You will own and deliver all implementation aspects of new and existing projects, for both new and existing clients, across the EMEA region through their life cycle – providing governance, resource and expertise, including planning and execution whilst managing both operational and commercial risk.

This opportunity will involve identifying and evaluating improvement opportunities with existing clients and colleagues and teams. To drive innovation and continuously work to improve service quality and efficiency.  

 *Whilst you can be based anywhere within the EMEA region, you will need to be based within commutable distance of one of our many EMEA offices, with agile working available.  (You will require the relevant right to work within the country you are based)*

More about what you will do 

• Own the implementation of new and existing business opportunities to ensure their success 
• Identify, lead and motivate a virtual team to support the delivery of all projects ensuring maximum impact 
• Through high level management of the implementation, ensure projects are completed within budget and on time 
• Take responsibility for the development and delivery of robust operational processes to deliver best practice 
• Identify opportunities for profit enhancement through process and operational efficiency 
• Consistently seek to identify and implement innovative service solutions, challenging where appropriate the status quo  
• Regularly report on achievements, reporting and escalating risks and issues to be managed as appropriate 
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation into business as usual and provide support to the account team, where applicable until transition has been completed 
• Complete implementation audits with Client Services to safeguard adherence to contractual and commercial obligations 
• Support transformation activity where appropriate, building relationships with clients, colleagues and virtual teams to maximise success 
• Continually develop knowledge and skills to maintain and improve personal performance and effectiveness in a changing environment 
• Encourage innovation, ideas and input regarding service improvements 
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Please note that there may be some travel to and from destinations within EMEA.

What you will bring

• Experience required within a print, marketing, or related business environment is essential. This opportunity could be ideal for an experienced senior account manager who is looking for a new challenge as part of their growth.
• Strong project manager with a proven track record in delivering successful change management programmes and the ability to plan and organise effectively
• Workshop facilitation – the ability to organise and manage multiple workshops and stakeholders – effectively driving the discussions and maintaining detailed records
• Ability to document detailed business requirements and communicate these to the relevant workstreams
• The appropriate level of technical skill to contribute to solution, design, and delivery requirements
• Confident in delivering solutions and taking ownership
• Have a demonstrable level of financial and commercial acumen  
• Strong communication skills with ability to manage, motivate, and influence at different levels both within an organization and externally
• Able to translate business concepts and applications design into practical propositions
• Ability to effectively deliver successful change management programmes
• High level of attention to detail enabling development of high-quality documentation 
• Expert problem solver who is self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure, whilst consistently delivering in an organised and effective manner 

Supply Chain Controller a.i.

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in het zuiden van het land zoeken wij een Supply Chain Controller.

Dit ga je doen:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het continu ontwikkelen en bewaken van de planning en control cyclus voor de supply chain van opdrachtgever.

Jouw opleiding en werkervaring:

Om deze opdracht succesvol te kunnen vervullen beschik je over minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring en een afgeronde opleiding op HBO/WO niveau.
Je hebt een financiële achtergrond en weet precies hoe een supply chain/warehouse operatie werkt. 

Cijfers zijn als het ware jouw tweede taal, die je helder communiceert en vertaalt naar jouw collega’s en commerciële resultaten.

Je beheerst de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Aantal uur per week:

Deze opdracht is voor 36 uur per week.

Warehouse Manager a.i.

DEZE OPDRACHT IS INGEVULD.

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in de Randstad zoeken wij met spoed een Warehouse Manager.

Dit ga je doen:

Het snel lostrekken van de vastgelopen operatie.

Jouw opleiding en werkervaring:

Om deze opdracht succesvol te kunnen vervullen beschik je over relevante ervaring (absoluut vereist) en een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau.
Ervaring met fashion is een grote pré.

Belangrijk is dat je om kunt gaan met druk, ervaring hebt met ‘de werkvloer’ en dus weet hoe e.e.a. reilt en zeilt in een dergelijke omgeving.
Je bent hands-on,  communiceert uitstekend en houdt overzicht.

Je beheerst de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Aantal uur per week:

Deze opdracht is voor 40 uur per week.
